Welcome to Caring Community Preschool

  We believe that all children have a huge, flexible intelligence, which needs fostering to reach its full potential. As well as fostering the intellect, we address the social, moral, artistic, physical and emotional development of children. We  respect the feelings of all children and encourage them to express their feelings  and thoughts, knowing that a child cannot fully engage in learning experiences if  he/she is distracted by emotional upsets, distractions or trauma.   The Caring Community Preschool is a safe, loving environment dedicated  to helping children gain a positive attitude toward learning. We recognize that  children do not develop at the same rate, so we work with each child based on  his/her individual needs. Children’s primary caregivers are viewed as the most  important and influential people in their children’s lives. Therefore, your  participation is requested and greatly valued within our program.   All people deserve to know the full range of possibilities open to them. We  are alert to stereotyping stories, songs and learning materials. We encourage  your children to do their own thinking about what they see and want. We believe  children are due the full respect accorded to any person, so your child’s desires,  preferences and ideas are always taken into account.
